Khatumo’s new administration slowly gears up to climb the Performance stage.

Hello! are you there. Yeah I am talking to you. You khatumo folk ! I know it’s been a while and you must have been overwhelmed by the challenges of helping to build democratic institutions where none existed before. I know, You have given a lot and from time to time, you deserve to take off a few of weeks of cooling period. However, as the norming and storming stages seem to have subsided, khatumo’s performance phase is just beginning.

It seems that lately in khatumo media, much of the discourse has been about Somali Parliamentarians in disarray; from the Federal bickering in villa Somalia to the unravelling of Somaliland’s internal clan politicking fiasco. But what about your  khatumo’s Parliamentarians. How much do you know about them, it seems they are the only MP’s who are not at loggerheads these days.

Headed by the speaker of the house Hon. Mohamud Sheikh Omar, khatumo PMs, along with local government Ministers have been busy building khatumo administration from the ground up; they have solidified Buhodle’s local Council by providing specialized administrative trainings while new local council members have been sworn in the liberated towns of Sahdher, horufadhi, Karin-dabaylwayn and more. Thanks in part to the leadership efforts of Khatumo Diaspora Organization and Khatumo Forum.

Over to Nugal region where khatumo’s reach could have never been further than it is now _as it has reached as far as Erigavo where local citizens of Southern Sanaag publicly declared their allegiance to their khatumo administration. Meanwhile, the fact of the matter is that various Khatumo delegations have been crisscrossing the vast typography of SSC land; from Tukaraq, boame, Taleh, godalo, Dandan, arrolley, Karin-garfood, fiqifuliye and more.

Understandably, we all know that Liberation of Lasanod is the last frontier for the people of khatumo. but the more the majority of Sool Sanaag and Cayn residents realize the benefits of self-determination, the sooner their permanent Capital will raise the Khatumo Flag. It all depends on You… Yeah.. You.  You have come this far on Your OWN. You are no longer known as the “Disputed Territories” or even as part of adjacent administrations. Now that You are the Undisputed-Khatumo. What’s next for You… You decide ! ’cause You are Khatumo, You can’t put the toothpaste back into the tube. Call your local Khatumo community leaders and ask what you can do for You and Your kids.
