Somaliland official accepts Khatumo State as the legitimate voice of SSC regions

Secessionist Somaliland and SNM Militia’s so called advisor of the “Eastern” affairs has declared in a lengthy interview that the people of Sool Sanaag and Cayn unanimously and democratically elected Khatumo State of Somalia as the sole representative in North Eastern Somalia. Fuad Adan Cadde, declares that Hargaisa folks have been robbing off the NGO resources allocated to the SSC regions; food and rations slated to provide relief to rural areas in dhulbahante communities have never reached the intended targets. “the people of Hargaisa believe that any Western aid or World donations that pass through their ports is theirs only” stated Fuad.

Additionally, the Puntand Administration also squandered SSC bound NGO aid; from Health and Medicine support to Food and Education where recently dozens of manufactured school names have been uncovered by UNDP as existing only in name in SSC regions.

This news comes at a time when the ethnic cleansing of the Hargaisa administration has reached new heights as the people of Buhodle, sool-joogto, Lasanod, and kalabaydh cities were the target of new rounds of military attacks; not only killing dozens of innocent civilians but also prohibiting access to water wells. It is estimated that hundreds of rural residents and their livestock have lost their lives and disappeared due to prolonged periods of thirst.
